Clear terms before you confirm
AfroEast Adventures provides the cancellation schedule that applies to your itinerary in the final quotation or booking agreement before payment is requested. Cancellation costs can vary because national park fees, permits, domestic flights, accommodation and other suppliers may have different non-refundable or time-sensitive terms.
If your plans change
Please contact the team in writing as soon as possible. Where suppliers allow it, AfroEast Adventures will first explore practical options such as date changes, service credits or itinerary adjustments before cancellation is finalized.
Refunds
Any eligible refund is calculated after deducting confirmed non-refundable supplier charges, transaction costs and services already provided. The final booking agreement for your trip takes precedence where it contains a more specific cancellation schedule.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended from the time you confirm your trip, including appropriate cover for cancellation, medical treatment, evacuation and the activities included in your itinerary.
