Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania – Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. After check-in, take time to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, your guide will provide a detailed briefing about your safari journey, including wildlife expectations and cultural experiences. Enjoy dinner at the lodge and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire – Elephant Exploration
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famously known for hosting some of the largest elephant populations in East Africa. As you enter the park, begin your game drive through landscapes dotted with ancient baobab trees and seasonal river systems. You will have excellent opportunities to observe elephants up close, including family interactions, feeding behavior, and movement patterns. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your exploration into the late afternoon. Transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Tarangire to Serengeti – Journey Through the Highlands
After breakfast, begin your scenic journey towards Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Highlands. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of rolling hills, local villages, and traditional Maasai settlements. Day 7: Return to Arusha & Departure
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning before departing for Arusha. Along the way, take in the final views of Tanzania’s landscapes and reflect on your journey. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure or to your hotel if extending your stay.
