Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport, where your safari guide will welcome you. Transfer to your hotel in Arusha to rest and refresh. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner while receiving a briefing about the upcoming safari adventure. Overnight in Arusha.
Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests. Enjoy a full-day game drive, with a picnic lunch in the park. Continue the afternoon game drive to spot more wildlife. Dinner and overnight at a lodge near Tarangire.
Day 3: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park
Following breakfast, drive to the Serengeti National Park via the scenic Ngorongoro highlands, with wildlife viewing en route. Enter the Serengeti plains and enjoy an afternoon game drive in search of lions, cheetahs, zebras, and wildebeests. Overnight at a lodge or tented camp in the Serengeti.
Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti
Following breakfast, drive to the Serengeti National Park via the scenic Ngorongoro highlands, with wildlife viewing en route. Enter the Serengeti plains and enjoy an afternoon game drive in search of lions, cheetahs, zebras, and wildebeests. Overnight at a lodge or tented camp in the Serengeti.
Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Lake Manyara – Arusha
After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater, descending 600 meters for a unique wildlife experience, spotting the Big Five and enjoying the stunning scenery. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater. Continue to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and hippos, and enjoy a short game drive. In the late afternoon, drive back to Arusha, marking the end of the safari.
Day 6: Departure from Arusha
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport for your onward flight. Depart Tanzania with unforgettable memories of your safari adventure.
